Yes - the session is a working session, not a lecture. You bring the initiative you are currently responsible for, and we apply the 100-Day Change Plan directly to it. The framework has been tested across healthcare, government, technology, and financial services. The structure is the same; the application is always specific to your terrain.
The live session is where the real work happens - you apply the framework in real time with Adriano's guidance. If you cannot attend the January 28, 2027 session, email adriano@pianesi.com to be notified of the next available date. Seats are limited to 15 to preserve the working-session format.
No. The 90-minute session is a complete, self-contained tool. You leave with a concrete structure for your first 30 days. There is no upsell pressure during or after the session. If you want to continue working with Adriano after the debrief, that conversation is available - but it is never the point of this session.
